Nature’s Healing Way

Healing with Nature includes many different types of alternative and holistic therapies such as herbal remedies, flower essences, aromatherapy and essential oils, feng shui, land balancing, raw food, vegan, vegetarian, organic and other healthy eating styles. We also utilize meditation and other techniques to heal and balance the mind and heart. It also helps to understand the value of being outside in Nature.

When we learn to live in harmony with Nature we don’t continue to create imbalances. We consider the whole and what is going to happen when we take an action which affects part of the whole. We begin to understand that everything is connected and we learn to work within that framework.

The key to this type of healing is cleansing, nourishing and balancing. It is not about “attacking” a certain symptom (physical or emotional) or pathogen. It is about creating a healthy bio-terrain, mind and energy field so that the organism (you, your land, a plant, etc.) can bring itself back into balance. When given half a chance most systems can bring themselves back to homeostasis. Given the necessary components to work with, natural intelligence can right itself if the situation is not to far out of balance.

If illness and imbalance have gone very far, sometimes a more radical approach is necessary at first. For example, if you have a large tumor it might be more beneficial to have a surgery for removal and then employ more natural remedies to complete your healing. Each individual will have a different path to follow and all paths have value depending upon the circumstances.
